Return Policy
Recovery Systems Company, Inc will accept returns on parts and equipment under the following conditions and ONLY with authorization.
RA#
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be issued by RSC and attached to the shipment.
Return Packaging
Package will not be accepted without RA#
RA#'s are valid for 15 days after the date of issue.
Shipping Returns
- Shipping fees are at customer's expense.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date the order was processed.
- All returned parts and equipment will be inspected and ruled non-defective before a credit will be made to the customer.
- RSC will not accept parts and equipment that are machine specific or special order.
- RSC reserves the right to use discretion on all parts and equipment return requests, and will work with customer on issues to decide the best course of action per specific matter.
